A local real estate agent told me that he stumbled onto this method when he was first getting started, and wasn't even sure what he was doing.Ā
But rather than steal Roger's glory, I'll let him tell you about it in his own words...
Well, it all started when I was trying to generate more activity on my Facebook Business Page. I knew I couldnāt just post the same old stuff that every other real estate agent was posting. I knew about Facebook marketing, but I really didnāt know where to begin. Heck, I didn't even know what to post. I saw plenty of posts coming in from other businesses, but I didnāt want to be like them.
Then one day, I saw more of a cartoonish āmemeā come in from a business I knew, and thought to myself that it was a really good idea! Ā It was just a more unique approach that was SUPER memorable to me. And I actually started looking forward to what they were posting next.
I didnāt know exactly what I was going to create, but after brainstorming a bunch of different ideas, I came up with the types of content that I post today. Low and behold, within a short amount of time, my phone began to ring. It was a new client that had seen one of my posts from someone else who shared it.
Over the next week or so, I continued to receive more inquiries. People kept saying that they had recently seen one of my posts, and that got them thinking about my business.Ā
Roger told me that this generated an additional 8 new clients that month, and that he now averages between 5 and 10 new clients per month when he consistently posts on his Facebook Business Page. He went on to say that it's been so effective for him that he had to hire someone to help create the posts, simply because he's too busy to create them himself because of all the new business that is coming in.Ā
